ASSET InBox
ASSET/InBox is an extension to the ASSET Recruitment software which caters for the capture of information on a candidate from CV/Resume documents that are received as emails.
Processing CV/Resume Documents
The CV/Resumes may be saved Microsoft Word documents in a folder on disk or they may be attached to e-mail messages. The Asset InBox program examines each of the files and attempts to identify the candidate's name and other relevant contact information. A name check is then performed on the database and any duplicates are reported. The entire process is performed without operator intervention and so large nunbers of incoming messages and files may be processed speedily.
Populating the Database
Once the information capture is complete, the data is used to build a database record and the CV/Resume is then filed along with that data. All the captured information including the text of the CV/Resume is immediately searchable in Asset.
