ASSET WebLink

ASSET/WebLink is an extension to the ASSET Recruitment software which caters for the advertising of jobs on multiple web-sites.

The Web Advert

The web advertisment for a job is a separate input screen associated with a requirement or vacancy in the Asset database. This screen is used to capture the job description, location, salary or rate, main skills and other descriptive information that is to be used on the web advert. Free-text areas are spell-checked and mandatory data checks are performed.

The Target Web Sites

Asset maintains a table of possible target web-sites and it is then possible to decide which jobs go to which sites on a job by job basis. Alternatively, in the case of your own web-site, you can determine that all current live jobs are broadcast to the web-site on a regular basis.

A separate profile is maintained for each target site including a manager's override that will prevent jobs going to the web until budget approval is given. Asset then creates an appropriate data transmission for each web-site and provides full control reporting on all data transmissions.
